Being an Air Force brat, I learned at an early age what it was like to move into new homes. Due to my father's frequent transfers, I attended some 18 different schools before graduating from High School.
College days were spent at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. My pastimes there were snow skiing, managing a busy restaurant, studying, and helping my friends work on their homes.
After graduation my managerial abilities were recognized by the restaurant corporate headquarters by transferring me to the Palm Springs area as a District Manager.
After saving enough money for a home of my own, I began my career remodeling homes. I bought several properties, one at a time, remodeled them personally, made a profit, and moved on to the next project. After realizing that I was doing most of the Real Estate Agents duties too, I decided to obtain my own Real Estate license. In 1997, I was licensed as a salesperson. In 1998, I took the extra step to obtain a Broker's license. I have also earned the designation of Graduate of the Realtor's Institute by completing their 12-course program.
My craving for knowledge regarding Real Estate led me to further my education even more. In 2001 I earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements.
Today I am busy helping people understand the Real Estate marketplace, negotiating contracts, saving clients thousands of dollars, and delivering happiness. I even help some move and remodel their homes!
